Aware Parenting: A Strong Caregiver-Child Relationship Begins with Mindfulness

When / Where

29 Jun 2025
9:00 am – 11:00 am Asia/Singapore

Parenting often feels overwhelming, especially when children push limits or emotions run high. But what if the most powerful change doesn’t come from correcting your child’s behavior—but from shifting your own awareness?

This nurturing 2-hour online session invites parents and caregivers to explore how mindfulness—the practice of being present in the moment—can transform your parenting experience and strengthen your relationship with your child.

Research shows that when adults practice mindfulness, it reduces stress, improves emotional regulation, and naturally encourages healthier behavior in children—without needing to control or change them.

During this session, you’ll:
Learn what mindfulness is (and what it’s not) in the context of parenting
Explore how your own upbringing influences automatic parenting patterns
Experience simple mindfulness practices you can continue at home
Understand how mindful awareness reduces stress and reactivity
Discover resources to support your ongoing mindfulness journey

This session is not about fixing your child—but about finding calm, clarity, and connection within yourself so you can parent with greater ease and presence.

Perfect for: Parents, grandparents, nannies, teachers, and anyone supporting children of any age.
