Dealing with parents of the students that you teach can be some of the most challenging experiences you face in your jobs. All of you have had experiences with difficult people, and contrastingly, all of us can be difficult at times. When teachers must continually face conflict without the proper skills, they run the risk of burning out from the negativity.

This interactive workshop is designed to help you work successfully with the parents of all of your students.  It will give you the skills needed to establish an effective communication and build positive relationship with parents, and help you to deal with parents that may be difficult or challenging.

Trainer’s Profile

June Lee, BA in Business, recognizes the common problems faced by childcare centres and kindergarten and has developed this workshop to meet its challenging needs. She has more than 15 years of training experience and trained several childcare centres on this workshop. June Lee, started out in the Hospitality industry, where she developed and conducted similar workshops for Hospitality staff.
