Meaningful play is essential to young children’s learning, but children who speak different languages may need intentional support to participate fully. In this interactive session, participants will explore research-based ways to make play inclusive and meaningful in any language. Through discussion and playful adult learning, they will examine classroom design, books, materials, and strategies that can be integrated with any curriculum, approach, or model to strengthen comprehension, communication, participation, and the joy of learning.
