Join us for this supportive and practical 2-hour online session designed to help parents and caregivers create a healthier digital balance at home. In this session, you’ll:
✅ Understand how excessive screen time impacts mental health, learning, and relationships
✅ Recognize the signs of digital overuse and tech dependency
✅ Set clear, age-appropriate screen-time boundaries
✅ Encourage meaningful offline activities—without constant resistance
✅ Build a family tech plan that supports connection and balance
✅ Learn how to talk about digital habits without sparking arguments

We’ll also look at the science behind screen habits (including dopamine’s role), offer tools to reset family routines, and explore how to model mindful tech use ourselves.

Whether your child is glued to a screen or you’re just looking for better balance—this session is for you.
